Service and operator

MyPlants is a service operated by Eve Noir for keeping plant photographs, care records and specimen plates. Please read these terms and our privacy policy before registering.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and contact support if you suspect misuse. Minors should obtain a guardian’s consent.

AI and care guidance

Plant identification, care suggestions, illustrations and reviews may be AI-generated. They do not guarantee identification, diagnosis or growing outcomes. Confirm suggestions against your plant before adopting them.

Pet information matches plant names against published references. Missing or unmatched entries do not mean a plant is safe. Contact a veterinarian after ingestion or signs of illness.

Market rarity is a reference assessment for the stated market and date, not a guarantee of sale price or future value.

Rights in your records

Upload only material you have the right to use. You retain your rights. Eve Noir processes it as needed to store and display your records, perform requested AI tasks and maintain the service.

Generated content may resemble other works or involve third-party rights. Review it and the AI provider’s conditions before publishing or commercial use.

Acceptable use

Do not access others’ accounts, infringe rights, evade usage limits or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted when necessary.

Usage and subscriptions

AI features have periodic usage limits. Failed generation does not finalize a usage charge. Check the limits and remaining allowance shown in the app.

When subscriptions become available, prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. A coming-soon screen does not accept purchases. Active subscribers can manage renewal in Settings.

Export and deletion

You can export your records and images in Settings. Keep a copy of important records. Resting a plant retains its data; permanent plant and account deletion cannot be undone.

An active subscription must be stopped before account deletion completes. Payment providers may retain transaction records required by law under their own policies.

Availability and changes

Maintenance or external outages can interrupt service. We aim to announce major changes or closure in advance. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms.
