Operator and contact

Eve Noir operates MyPlants. Contact support@by-evenoir.com about access, correction, deletion or other data requests.

Information and purposes

We process your email, authentication data, plant details, photos, care records, questions and answers, plates, preferences, notification subscriptions and AI usage. This supports sign-in, storage, viewing, requested AI features, reminders, limits and support.

For paid plans we also process customer and subscription identifiers and status. MyPlants is not designed to store card numbers in its database.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and image storage. Cloudflare delivers the application and processes images. Providers may process access logs for operations and security.

Requested AI features send selected images, plant details, questions and relevant care history to Anthropic or OpenAI. Room images for Curator’s Review are not stored in MyPlants image storage; the resulting review is stored. Avoid including people, addresses or unnecessary private information.

Stripe processes checkout and subscription management. Data may be processed outside your country under each provider’s terms.

AI data handling

Data is sent according to the feature you choose to run. Eve Noir does not repurpose your photos and records for advertising or sell them as AI training data.

AI providers may retain API data for abuse monitoring or other purposes described in their policies. Deleting it from MyPlants does not guarantee immediate deletion of external logs. See the provider explanations linked below.

Cookies and device storage

Cookies support authentication, sign-in retention and language. Device storage also keeps ceremony and sound preferences. No advertising tracking or behavioural analytics tool is built into the app.

Notifications require your device permission and can be disabled in the app or browser. Sign-out clears private application caches. Files you have downloaded remain on your device.

Retention, deletion and export

Records are kept until you delete them. Resting a plant retains its records. Permanent deletion removes its records and associated images; failed operations require a retry.

Settings provides export of records and images and account deletion. Backups and external operational or transaction logs may remain according to provider policies and legal requirements. Contact support if export or deletion cannot complete.

Protection and updates

HTTPS and access controls restrict records to their owner. Material policy changes are announced in the service and reflected here.
